Acupuncture for body:

Traditional Chinese medicine explains acupuncture as a technique for balancing the flow of energy or life force — known as qi or chi (CHEE) — believed to flow through pathways (meridians) in your body. By inserting needles into specific points along these meridians, that the energy flow will re-balance.


Gua Sha for face or body

Various massage techniques can be used to treat the face, including the use of Gua Sha, which gently works the skin by using a gentle ‘scraping’ technique, smoothing and lifting the face, making the face feel invigorated, more radiant and smooth. we will use Gua Sha for body in case of stagnation.

Course of treatment

During the first session, the Chinese physician will examine you according to the traditional Chinese Medicine pulse and tongue diagnostics. After this we will make out an individual plan for treatment.

One treatment course normally takes up to 6 times. These consist of 60 minutes, once in one or two weeks.


Reinbursement

Most of the health insurance companies reimburse acupuncture fully or partially. A letter of recommendation by your general practitioner is in general not needed. Our physicians are members of NAAV(Nederlandse arts acupunctuur vereniging) and ZHONG (Zhong Nederlandse Vereniging voor Traditionele Chinese Geneeskunde).
